3D Printing and Door Cards

Rapid prototyping, clean up, and Scarlett receives her first interior paneling.

We added a second Bambu X1 Carbon 3D printer to the shop. We have been using these for many custom part needs - which you will see in future updates.

The 1969 Squareback “The Pickleback” was painted ~4 years ago. She has been parked in the shop ever since. We are finally getting back to work on her.

The Pickle’s rear hinge cover is covered in a pretty thick layer of shop dust. Years of patiently waiting her turn to be added back into the restoration queue…

Scarlett, a 1968 Squareback, is prepped for her brand new brick-red interior!

“Hurricane” Dave is cutting the bits that need cutting.

The first door card is installed - woohoo! The color combination here is striking. Red panels, seats, and fender beading along with charcoal carpeting, and a Gulf Blue exterior. Just wow.
